Review submissions should be in US "Letter" size, 8.5 x 11 inches, in single-column, single-space format, with a font size of at least 10 points and at least 1 inch margins. Papers will be evaluated for technical merits and relevance to the special issue.
Papers should be submitted in PDF format only. If this is not possible, please contact the section editors for further assistance.
